Our outfits are made to your selected design and measurements. Please check all measurements, fabric details, delivery information, and styling notes before confirming your order. Minor differences in handwork, fabric behaviour, or screen colour may occur because the work is artisan-made.
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website and may change without notice. Payment is due according to the method selected at checkout, including cash on delivery, bank transfer, or another method communicated to you. Please keep any transaction reference for advance payments.
When you send your own fabric, please describe any stains, damage, shortages, or special limitations at the time of booking. We inspect and photograph fabric where practical before cutting begins. Once cutting or stitching has started, cancellation or a change of design may not be possible.
Delivery and pickup timelines are estimates and can vary due to fabric preparation, measurements, courier availability, weather, and other circumstances outside our control. Please provide a reachable phone number and a complete delivery address.
Because garments are custom-made, our alteration and returns process is described on the Returns & Exchange Policy page. Please contact us promptly if there is a fit or workmanship concern.
You may not use the website to submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, or harmful content; interfere with website security; attempt to access administrative functions without permission; or copy and misuse the sites content.
To the extent permitted by law, Amias Collections is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate measurements, undisclosed fabric damage, delayed delivery caused by third parties, or use of the website in a way that is not authorised.
